Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Qwikshoppe online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet! At QwikShoppe, we do our best to ensure timely deliveries. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your order confirmation email for tracking details.
  2. Visit your account's order history to view the latest shipping status.
  3. If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local delivery office.
Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery services may be limited on public holidays. While we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, most courier partners observe national and regional holidays, which may result in slight delivery delays.

If your order is placed during a public holiday, it will be processed and shipped on the next working day. We’ll always keep you updated with tracking information so you know exactly when your package is on its way.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

QwikShoppe delivers to most areas across the country! To check if we deliver to your postcode:

  1. Go to any product page or your cart.

  2. Enter your postcode in the delivery checker.

  3. You'll instantly see whether delivery is available and the estimated delivery time.

If your postcode is currently outside our delivery network, don’t worry — we’re expanding! Feel free to contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist you with alternative options.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

While we offer next-day delivery on many items, it’s not available for all orders. Availability depends on:

  • The product type

  • Your delivery location

  • The time your order is placed

To check if next-day delivery is available, look for the “Next-Day Delivery” badge on the product page or during checkout. Orders must be placed before the cut-off time (usually 2 PM) to qualify.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It depends on the item and the delivery service used.

  • For most standard deliveries, a signature is not required, and the package may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor if you’re not home.

  • For high-value items or express deliveries, a signature may be required upon receipt to ensure safe delivery.

If you're not available, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions to reschedule or collect from a local depot.
